Had a wedding party of over 60 people purchase flights through Southwest. That's over $30,000 in tickets, called in to add one person with hopes of getting the same fare and they couldn't even offer a $5 discount!. Unacceptable. We could have taken our business else wear easily! NEVER AGAIN. How can a company be so stingy?!

Thank you to Sandra S. at the Buffalo airport!! She actually listened to our issue, looked further into the problem, and solved it for us! It involved early check in. Southwest is lucky to have Sandra S. as one of their front line workers. As a result, we have booked another trip with Southwest in April for 4 of us, and plan on booking again in October. We will recommend Southwest to my son and his family as they are planning a trip next August. Sandra, you made the difference! Thank you, again! As well, the flight to and from Orlando was excellent. I may have his name spelt wrong but O'Shea was a great attendant on the way there, and unfortunately I cannot remember the wonderful flight attendant's name who showed us the video clip of another Southwest employee doing the funniest safety presentation EVER. She was on flight 1700 Nov. 16th leaving Orlando at 2:25. It is clear, all three of these workers go out of their way to make passengers feel safe and valued. This is why we will continue to fly Southwest!

We just traveled to Las Vegas and had a good experience flying Southwest both ways with one minor hiccup on the way there. The pilots, flight staff, and prices were good except for one of the flight attendants. She didn’t smile and was snappy unlike the rest of them. But other than that it was a good experience flying Southwest.

LGA is under major re-construction at the moment but Southwest seems to be dealing with it well. Lots of information on their web site about changes to parking, bus routes to the airport, road closures, terminal usage, etc. Had a mid-morning flight and we got out of there on time, pushing back at the scheduled minute. Love their method of boarding, plus the free on-plane snacks and free soft drinks. They actually do act like they appreciate your business.
