“Fine”
Review of Ryanair

Reviewed 5 weeks ago via mobile

Good price, the aircraft was clean. The stewards was fine but if you ordered food, had to wait 25 minutes, and after that you have to wait som more for something to drink. It’s a little bit bizarre.

Ryan Air can be unorganized at best but you just cant beat the prices! Confusion and disorganization between staff and customers over baggage rules can be flustering as it wastes everyones time....but you still cant fault what you get for the price you pay.
Wish you could print your boarding passes earlier and that Non EU/British Citizens didnt have to get a visa check before going through security... Ryan Air is the only airline that does this.

Ryan air cancelled our flight 48 hrs before flying home to Luton Airport from Spain. Two options - move flight or refund. Chose to move the flight to a day earlier as our party of 8 didn't want to stay any extra nights due to costs/commitments. Arrived at airport 2 hrs before new flight departure to be told they cancelled that flight too! Ryanair kiosk staff just shrugged their shoulders and more or less said "Tough luck, its due to Air Control strike in France". Luckily managed to secure 8 seats on an Easyjet flight that night to Gatwick. (Had to make our way from Gatwick to Luton at 1am to pick up our cars!) How did Easyjet manage to fly to the UK but Ryanair didn't? I've been told that you can't claim compensation if a Airline isn't at fault for cancellations. Ryanair is an inefficient/inept 'Mickey Mouse' company that gives dodgy BS excuses to avoid ownership of their costs/responsibilities! This is NOT a bus service. What a way to run a business! Will never fly Ryanair again. (Would've given a ZERO if option was available!)

They may be cheap but there is a reason for it . They would charge you to breath on the plane if they could . They were horrible and even tho we arrived late to boarding gate (15 min before departure) as our apartment had been broken into and our belongings stolen they refused to let us on the flight . The plane was still there with the doors open . They showed no remorse and left us in the airport with 2 11 month old babies and very little money as it had been stolen . Horrible company with some horrible staff .

First off my friend and I had brought a wheelie suitcase, which you now have to pay an extra £13 to bring a bag that is counted as ‘hand luggage’ from any other airline. So we had our ‘Priority’ tickets therefore we should’ve been on the flight first. However our other 2 friends had normal tickets and we were boarding at the same time as them, therefore we paid £13 but our tickets didn’t meet priority requirements. We felt we weren’t a priority. Secondly, during the safety demonstration one staff member thought it was appropriate to dance and make a mockery of our safety. My friend quoted they felt unsafe as they didn’t get a full safety demonstration. His unprofessionalism did not end there as he was at the back of the aeroplane at the end of the flight he was on Snapchat watching his stories on full volume. Furthermore, the website was horrendous, first of all we were pressured to check in before our flight otherwise we would’ve been charge £55 at a check in desk, which I think is criminal. After trying to use the website for a while, whilst it timed me out multiple times and made me fill in details repeatedly - I had to convert to downloading the app which wasn’t great either. The app failed to tell us which terminal we needed to be at to attend our flight which left us stressed. Overall a really terrible experience and we won’t be doing this again.
