My flight actually went well and took off 10 minutes later than scheduled which is a bonus for this Airline.
My gripe is that I was seated at the front and was told that I could not use the front toilet as it was out of order.
After going to the rear toilet. I am pleased to say that I only needed a number 1s.
As you can see in the photo. The toilet roll was not on a toilet holder but on the dirty floor.
Also there was no hand towels.
Seeing as there was only 2 toilets to look after and not 3 as one was out of commission.
Surely they could have done better than this.

Well now you can only book in 2 days before unless you pay and now the check in lines at the gate are reversed the longest is priority and 3 cabin bags cost the traveler £72 Return
Well we have a 6 year old and yes they split us up I had contacted ryanair by phone and mail and was told to check in at the airport Not a chance it W did up that we where standing on the plain while they asked people to move arroyos so departure was delayed
On return I again text Ryanair and got the same advice but when we went to check in she demanded €152 to check in I showed her the text from her he’d office and was told that they didn’t know what they where talking about and insisted on cash we told her to get lost and checked in by phone at the desk which she wasn’t happy about (no back pocket tip from us) so onto plain again we say these 3 are free ? You cannot sit there it will unbalance the plain although somebody did sit in that seat we noticed
So never going ryanair again as if we had paid it would work out £70 more expensive then another airline

As you’d expect, no frills, food and drink too expensive but departed and arrived on time. The new baggage rules are a secret tax (everyone will be paying for priority boarding before too long). All in all adequate.

Ryanair does receive a lot of complaints of past but have now seem to be tackling this with improved customer service now. They are easier to deal with then in the past. Cheap flights so you get what you pay for.

The flight was on time both leaving UK and returning to UK. We paid for priority boarding which gave us an extra 10 kilos of luggage that we needed. The only gripe I have was that the flight out was awful due to 3 people in front of us who were drunk and very noisy the whole flight.. Bearing in mind we had to be at the airport for 3.30am it would have been nice to get some sleep. We were quite surprised they were allowed on the plane. I was impressed the seating was so comfortable and quite spacious..
