Qantas flights from the Goldie, ok we always fly Qantas all around the world when possible plus especially local and we always fly out from Brisbane airport 99% of the time and Qantas have always been great 99% of the time. However flying out of the gold coast I’ve never met such a miserable female flight attendant all this time until now. She couldn’t smile, never acknowledged you if you spoke nicely or even when we thanked her for her watery cup of tea she couldn’t even make eye contact. She was rude to everyone and unfortunately I don’t understand “grunt language “ If your job is making you that unhappy & rude we’ll get a new one! Everyone knows customer service in any business goes a long way, it can make you or break you. So on conclusion we will probs never fly out of the gold coast airport again due to the cranky dried up miserable attendant who was rude to everyone on that flight. So will be sticking to Brisbane airport and catching our happy Qantas flights from now on! Come on Qantas get some new fresh faces who want to work for you !! Out with the miserable and in with the new happy ones !!

Food in a box was alot better, crew worked well & were helpful when required.

I booked with Emirates - a great airline - but was then put onto a Qantas plane. I loathe Qantas for a number of reasons but not least because of the complete lack of room. I would never willingly book Qantas because the legroom is all but non existent so it's a great shame that the far superior Emirates have partnered with the less than ideal Qantas.

An appalling disgrace for our National Carrier not to take a minutes silence at 11am on this very Important day. How could you not show respect to the 100 year anniversary of Armistice Day.
Something was mumbled at 10.50am by the cabin manager that it was rememberence day so we waited for 11am to come around as there was time on this flight to take a ONE MINUTE silence....
it just didn’t happen - so disrespectful and so un-Australian.

As for inflight service ... don’t know why Qantas staff think it’s okay treat passengers so rudely? ANTON you were abrasive and abrupt - perhaps this isn’t the job for you. When a passenger politely asks for a drink ‘when you have a moment’ and you reply with ‘there isn’t time’ - yet we have 1.40hrs until landing, I would consider your work lazy and this to be poor customer service.
We asked 3 people for that drink ....

Qantas your disrespect and poor inflight service leave a lot to be desired.
Thank goodness there are a lot of airlines to choose from who do understand good customer service.

This flight was absolutely horrible!
Economy was full, seat wouldn’t recline & food was an embarrassment for a full service airline!

Staff were nice, when could find one.
