“Short flight but good service”
Review of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines

Although only a short flight looked after given free drinks and food.
Unfortunately my return flight was cancelled and although KLM said they would sort out a new flight they didn't I had to do all the leg work to get the flight.
However they did compensate me for this although my claim had to go in three times plus a telephone call

I was very impressed with KLM, as it was my first time flying with them I wasn't sure what to expect. They definitely made sure you were fed and hydrated. We even were given a drumstick icecream for a snack which was a nice surprise. The movies were great too, and the blanket and pillow were an asset as well. Overall very happy with KLM

Great flight. Connections were perfect. Enjoyed the movies. Wine was an added plus in economy. Leg room was not great, but that's just how it is these days- book an aisle seat.

The airport lounges, staff, service and food was excellent. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the aircraft seats in business class. I was led to believe they were fully flat but were only recliners and not comfy for a long haul - and not cheap - flight.
Other than the seating, the rest of the experience was outstanding from check in to bag reclaim.
**Tripadvisor rating boxes not working. I would give 5* to each one except seat comfort.**

Attentive crew keeping passengers informed of connecting flights and boarding gates following delays due to storms. Loading efficient and plane ready fro departure ahead of schedule for both legs of flight.
