We were place on KLM by Delta after we missed our connection due to the poor man management of the US Immigration services in ATL. and this airline is over all other. The food 5*, the staff were friendly (not its my job friendly) helpful and went out of their way in making our travel back as comfortable as possible as we had our 1 and 5yr old. The entertainment choices were great and wide range. The seating area was clean and comfortable. The toilets were clean.
And boarding, they board on time so keep on eye on the board

Very welcoming crew as always, good food for a flight, good movies, series and music variety, no troubles at all, strongly recommend fly by KLM.

The flight to Budapest was especially pleasant, as the crew was helpful with luggage , explanations about emergency exit, and was helpful with drinks and food, this is their job, but it helps if the crew is friendly and serves with a smile. The flight was good quality, helpful staff, corrections about hand-luggage made in nice way, and good service. Staff allowed us to upgrade on KLM points as there was some space in business class. Overall good crew. Also overall KLM package ( Hotel + flight) was not expensive and good quality.

I flew from Amsterdam to Jakarta. I like the airline very much. The flight was on time and the staff was very friendly.

I'm so done with airline rudeness - and this was a typical example of lack of customer care.
No long stories - simply 25 minutes waiting for someone to respond to the light/bell - eventually getting up and going to the back - being accused of being drunk when I asked why there was no service, and then told that he didn't care about my complaint, as he was retiring in a month - this by the way was from the purser onboard that flight!

Horrible repercussions after that which KLM dealt with in a very unsatisfactory manner.
