From the start, everything was very easy. We arrive at the airport and could check-in quickly and without trouble. We were only worried about the luggage since It was an interconnected flight but they handle everything. It was a good experience overall.

All was fine. The flight was on time, luggage as well. The snacks were ok and crew very friendly. The seats were not the newest however they were comfortable. Good value for money I would say

On the airport of Mexico City the staff (supposedly security)was making us leave a scooter behind, but the interjet staff came to help and said we could take it on board ,and saved us a lot of trouble, best staff , clean plane, legroom is good . Yay

I like Interjet because is normally good and offers more leg room, but sometimes this does not come all true.
This time flight was delayed, received an e-mail informing of new departure time but incredibly countet personnel / system had NO IDEA of this and rushed us to gate beleiving we were late.
Airbus 320 is a good plane (moves quite much at takeoff but otherwise ok) but ours made a very loud whistling noise at takeoff, aparently comming from left wing emergency door. Quite unsettling.
Landing felt more like a 3 point crash landing since pilot cuted engines higher than should be.

Arrived an hour and 15 minutes before flight was scheduled to leave due to freeway closures from the fire and the Supervisor said she had closed the flight even though 3 other folks were able to check in for the same flight at the counters next to us. Supervisor Naomi was terrible to deal with and had a terrible attitude. Ended up having to pay an additional 250 for the next flight and had to wait 10 hours. Not the first time we've had bad customer service from Interjet, last time we use this airline. Stay away!
