I travelled from Coimbatore to Ahmedabad
It's a connected flight from Coimbatore to Bangalore which was not problem from Bangalore to Ahmedabad while in Bangalore airport I just checked my gate number with a indigo team member they told me to weight some time after 1 hour went to ask he showed me Allahabad check in point I checked my flight which is not matched
Finally it was there in 30 gate
While coming back form Ahmedabad to Coimbatore towards Mumbai
Mumbai to Coimbatore flight need more cleanliness and indigo covers looking dirty

We were travelling with infants and were helped by the staff whenever required.
Best part about this airline is many times they arrive before time.

Indigo offers good leg space and look forward for their on time services. Its a no frill airline but has some really good service, staff.

Although the web checkin facility over web can improve. Happy flying

Right from X-ray to landing, we didn't have any issues. We didn't have to wait too long to collect our baggages too on arrival. So far our experience with indigo has been smooth.

My wife and I arrived at Hamad international airport with almost four hours before our flight departure. We got to the front of the checkin queue where we were told we couldn’t board the flight as my wife’s visa wasn’t correct to travel to India (even though it was the same as mine) long story short, we ended up missing the flight as the lady at the desk looked at the wrong paperwork. She even had the cheek to laugh! We ended up having to book a flight to Delhi via Chennai which took ten hours instead of four. This meant we missed the first day of a pre arranged tour. So far Indigo have ignored any attempt for us to contact them, stay clear of these guys!
