The flight to Bengaluru via Chennai was perfect and on time

Being an low cost airline on time excellence is recommendable

With every flight, the Indigo experience is going from bad to worst.....
let me begin date wise...just for you to realize that travelling with you is such a big nuisance just because your have foolish, untrained and rude staff.

15th april...
srinagar to nagpur
35 min to checkin...why? because one passenger ahead of us was arguing about paying excess baggage or something. the person on the counter, could not handle...after 15 minutes, we suggested that you remove the luggage of that passenger, check us in and keep sorting out the issue with thim later. . but no...finally after speaking in a loud voice after 35 minutes...that passenger luggage was removed from the weigh scale, ours was put and we were checked in.
upon arrival at nagpur...found that the bag wheels were broken due to poor handling. the tags too had vanished from the handle when we got the luggage at nagpur.
contacted mr swapnil who was standing near the carousel...told him bag broken, need to complaint...he makes us stand for 15 min saying somebody is coming. that sombody is ms ritika. swapnil takes a pic, sends it across to her and she replies that rs 1000/- will be given for repair charges. is your staff so intelligent or so foolish - you have to decide that!!! mr swapnil is rude, arrogant and foolishly oversmart. he tells me that its and old bag so it broke. says the life of a bag is only 1 year....either dont keep such 'highly intelligent' people or atleast train them in customer relations if you give them the customer service badge.
then comes ms ritika....and is constantly on the phone....refuses to take my complaint in writing till i again had to raise my voice....compensation form was filled in and we were told that will get back to you with an american tourister suitcase or cash which will take one week. just fyi, a decent 24" suitcase cost around 7k....

inattentive staff and hot cabin. finally 10 min before touchdown at nagpur, the temp was decreased for a comfortable cabin....mosquitoes and a fly in the cabin. could not take the picture though

bunch of mosquitoes on board...

for the internal coach transfer to the other terminal for srinagar...the most dirty, filthy, no ac, and full rattle tempo traveller was provided. the staff manning the place refused to leave from there till the other vehicle came....inspite of our vehicle being full seating.

this pathetic and poor standards of service are not expected from Indigo....you are on time is your plus point for which we are compelled to choose you else your customer service , ground staff too slow and aircraft dirty and warm so the mosquitoes and flies.

if customer feedback really matters to you, kindly take immediate action esp the unprofessional ground staff at Nagpur.

I have flown Indigo many times in the past. In a nutshell this airline is always the same. It is a clean, efficient and polite operation. The flight was short but it replicated the previous long hauls I have had with them. The staff both on the ground and in the air were very good indeed. Next to Vistara, I highly recommend this carrier for Indian domestic travel.

We travelled from Bhubaneswar to Chennai via Hyderabad on 1st April 2018 by 6E 265 and 121 by Indigo... The flight was very much on time both at Hyderabad and Chennai. Service and reception by Crew as well as Check in Counters were very good and responsive. We get messages both Audio and mail, with regard to any change in time of the Flights...the flight was very clean and tidy.
Really we enjoyed the flight Journey from bhubaneswar to Hyderabad and Hyderabad to Chennai.

The leg room in Indigo is an issue for tall persons. The return evening flight was cancelled due to restriction by DGCA. Had to take night flight. Information was provided well in time but web cancel/alternate fight was an issue as the place Choksi resort the data was not available and only reliance phone worked. They should provide phone based access also.
