“Bad experience”
Review of Garuda Indonesia

I only get a really bad experience with garuda with a really bad food. And the movie is limited. Even the sit is so cramp. Maybe i recommend everyone to bring thei own food to the airplane.
But luckily on my flight back, it was an average experience.

First time flying Garuda Indonesia and it really was a pleasure. The staff were very attentive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable. Pillows, Blankets, Headphones were provided along with a list of movies, music, TV shows to keep us occupied on our international journey. Drinks were offered (free of charge - with wine being an option) All the staff spoke very well English so it made communication very easy. Bathrooms were clean at all times. The interior seemed to feel very spacious as the interior design angled the luggage compartments making it feel quite big inside the aircraft. The pilot introduced himself and gave us a summary of what to expect throughout the trip.. noting that at times we may run into some bad weather where it may get "a little bit bumpy" Comforting that they are well equipped to know these kinds of things. Overall, everything about our experience with Garuda was nothing but positive! Thank you!

No faults with this trip - can lie flat and sleep or eat, eat, eat, or watch movies. My only disappointment with Garuda is no day flight from Denpasar to Melbourne. My partner was in a wheelchair and was looked after extremely well. Caring staff.

Our flight was on an Airbus A330-200 with the seating plan 2 /4 /2. We sat in the 2 seats beside the window which were comfortable and had a reasonable amount of space for the Economy section.

The entertainment was provided on a screen on the back of the seat in front of us and it worked well.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Food was good and tasty.

Will definitely fly with Garuda again.

Id never heard of Garuda Indonesia before i flew with them, and would never have dreamt of taking a 12 hour flight with any airline. I was pushed into booking this flight when my original booking with a different airline hit difficulties. I would neve hesitate again.

I cant honestly say Garuda is THE best airline ive ever flown but it is certainly top 3, very comfortable, excellent leg room (I am 6ft tall) pleasant meals and the cabin crew are very friendly and will do anything to assist you.
