Punctual departure and arrival. Very comfortable with good leg room for a short haul low cost flight. Good value fare. Great to be able to use Heathrow for a value flight rather than the airports which are so much further from London

My language was lost, and I got it back only the 3rd day. I had to by closes that was not charged fully back by the airlines, however never would do shopping in Oslo. And the flight were 1,5 hour late as well.

On-time, friendly cabin crew, very clean airplane. Refreshments offered free. Recommended!
Easy-to-use website. No advertisements and sales announcements on board, which is appreciated on early morning flights!

It was 10h long flight, which was delayed almost for 3h (actually for 2h 55m, most probably to avoid refund claims). The plain was tiny, no space around the seats, no screens, no electric plugs (even for USB), the light above our seats didn't work.

We had 2 meals during the flight. First one - hot meals, the second one they called sandwich (tiny sandwich made of 2 halfs of the bread with thin tiny piece of something they called meat between them).

It was 10h torture. I am pretty small (160cm) and I hardly could find a good position on those seats. I don't want to imagine, how taller people suffered.

nItersting service concept: "Basic"- and "Smart"-custoomers are sitting in the same rows, mixed....smart customers getting a sandwich and beverages, while basic customers getting nothing for free. Of course the main difference is bagage and booking related, but in the cabin this doesn't matter. However it's kind of strange to me that i got this sandwich and somthng to drink, while my neighbor got nothing.........there is room for improvment.
