Review of Etihad Airways

First of all let me say that the cabin crew service is always great. I have travelled several times from Heathrow to Delhi and have had no issues in this department. However the food does need to be improved upon. I ordered a veg breakfast and felt as if I was eating mashed up pasted potatoes. I must also warn travellers to be careful when travelling to Abu Dhabi airport. As soon as we arrived from Delhi to Abu Dhabi airport, we were basically waiting on the escalators for 20 minutes so that the queue went down from security. It wasn't nice at all especially if your holding a child in your arms. Although this is not etihad fault, this did reflect on the overall Experience and it has turned my head enough to try to avoid this airport altogether due to poor planning. Around 500 people were pushing to get through a double door disgruntled. Never again.

first flight with this airline ,and was pleasantly surprised how efficient there were ,I was not impressed with the food on outward flight but on return flight I booked a bland meal with Etihad and it was very good ,the whole experience overall from check in was very efficient ,I was a little sceptical of my transfer in Abu Dhabi as I have never transferred there but It was very easy and efficient and would no hesitation on booking another flight with Ethihad all of my 4 flights arrived early .this is what service should be (take note Cathay )

The flights were really comfortable.
1st time on long haul so the seating pod was new, plenty of room, I have to say i slept for the entire flight so no comment on food

Will use this route again

On the 14th of Nov '17, I flew at 6.10 am from Cairo to Abudhabi. After half an hour of landing in Abudhabi, I realized that I had left behind my shawl in the aircraft. I contacted the "Information desk". They asked me to go to the "Lost and Found desk" with their representative. After informing them and showing them my boarding pass, I was told to call up and enquire after a few hours, which I did repeatedly. However, they said that they had not found it. This is strange as I have definitely left the shawl In the aircraft. Hope the airline looks into it.

It is my first time traveling with Etihad and it's a great one.
Easy check in experience, comfortable travel, and also good food during my flight (Jakarta - Abu Dhabi - London).
In flight entertainment is up to date and have plenty options.
However, the wifi price is quite expensive for limited quota.

In overall, I love flying with Etihad and recommend this airline.
