Good flight staff very good, but £2 for a bag of crisps is way too expensive, amazed that people were buying them.

For short haul flights EasyJet are the ones who you should fly with. As from the booking in procedure to getting called forward for boarding, the ground staff were exceptional and made every effort to board everyone safely. The in flight crew operated efficiently and attended to all the passengers that were in my area

We had extra leg room which was good, crew were on the go all through the flight, and nothing was to much trouble

It seems most people have worked out the two bag policy when it comes to boarding. That in itself causes people to be pushing and shoving to be first in line.It doesn’t help when the ground staff patrol the que to check hand luggage.Yes it’s the airlines policy, but a smile and a bit more customer relations would go along way.The flight itself is completely different..once settled,the crew always try their hardest to help.
Trying not to be to critical,EasyJet still the No1 budjet airline

Excellent flight, good crew, great information from the flight deck. Arrived 25 minutes early. After our December flight this was trouble free and when there are problems EasyJet are good at resolving them.
