“Delayed flights”
Review of easyJet

Reviewed August 16, 2017

Easy checking, told flight would be slight delay, but was over an hour late. We had no information from ground staff, well there was NOBODY to ask, when we boarded the captain told us the reason was that the "Red Arrows" we're performing in Weston and in our airspace.why couldn't they have told us at check in? Lovely flight crew were great. Return flight, exactly the same, but we were told at check in it would be over an hour late, instead of landing in Bristol at 2.45 it was3.45 very tired.

Never had a good experience with Easyjet until this flight and the one home. Not only were they on time leaving they were early on arrival. Well done it shows you can do it.

Easyjet is what you get, its easy, cheap and pretty reliable. I have never had a problem with all the flights i've taken with them, I did get slightly concerned with a flight to Sicily on which there was a repatriated migrant, but apart from this mostly fine

Flew on this airline for the first time, ;and expected the worst,,, Not so, pre booked speedy boarding, which actually happened, cost us £18.00 extra each and don't know if it was coincidence, :but also got seats both ways on the first row with all the legroom you could want, :excellent service both ways although a little expensive for drinks and food, but overall very good service

I know budget airlines get bad press but people are quick to judge and jump on the band-wagon. It doesn't matter what airline you fly with or how much you pay, there can also be issues that arise. I regularly fly with budget airlines to Europe, just because how cheap and frequent they are and i'd say that 90% of them have also gone without any issues. People really have to appreciate that paying £20 to fly to most countries in Europe is cheaper than getting a train from one side of London to the other, and trains have more delays and you're often standing! Therefore albeit admittedly i can be a travel snob, budget airlines do the job more often than not and get you to wherever it is you're going. I've had bad experiences and this doesn't stop me using them. Take everyday as it comes. No issues here Easyjet.
