Easy Jet have their largest UK base outside the London area in Bristol and this is giving the West of England and South Wales excellent and expanding links into Europe.

I used the new Vienna route in May and it was conducted to the usual high standard I have come to expect from easy jet. The flight left Bristol late but picked up time to arrive in Vienna on schedule.

Took a return trip to Tallinn, and the flight was generally on time. The flight was comfortable and we had paid for seats near to the front. Managed to check in and print boarding passes 30 day in advance, which is great. Bag drop at Gatwick seems to be all self service now, but loads of staff to assist you if you need it, with loads of self check in machines, so no wait. The return from Tallinn, you have to wait in a pen with no seats prior to boarding, but not too long a wait.

This was my normal monthly trip to visit family, but a delay on the stand turned out to be that police were coming onto plane to take a passenger off. After his exit pilot apologised for delay, and fir the fact that there would be another 50 minutes delay as he gad lost his slot. We were kept totally informed, which helped calm anxious passengers. There were a number of small children, and crew were fantastic with them. Communication with information made this flight seem ok.

Early start from Luton but staff friendly and courteous especially as we had a 2 yr old to entertain. Having spent my working life flying Business with BA, Easyjet is quite a shock, but excellent value if you travel light and don't eat or drink!

It was an interesting experience. My wife used the passenger assistance service and it was first class both on the outward journey and the return. The staff could not have been more helpful.
