The gate was at the end of D, so it's a bit cramped, but boarding went off without any issues, but the usual taxi time problems at LGA. Plane was decently clean, but the flight attendant was the absolute BEST. made me remember how glamorous flying used to be before it got ruined! Arrived a little late, but not too bad.

Had a great flight on our flight from JFK to SFO. We flew first class and an excellent flight with the Delta One seats. The meal on the plane was good and the drinks were good. Will definitely fly Delta again.

After flying with Delta airlines on my last vacation I will never use them ever again. I used my frequent flyer miles but paid approximately $600 extra for the convenience of getting to my destination early. I received an email in the morning while I was on my way to the airport stating my flight was cancelled and delta rescheduled my first flight but never rescheduled my second flight. I had to call delta to rectified my second flight or I would have been stuck in Atlanta airport. The only flight available was an additional flight with a layover in Mexico City with a six hour layover. When I tried to speak to customer service to inform them what had occurred and to get a refund or credit for the extra money I spent on the airplane tickets, delta said sorry for the inconvenience but we're not refunding or giving you a credit even though it was Delta who cancelled the original flight.

It sad to say Delta can care less about its customers. There's plenty of other airlines and in time Delta will implode all on its own. Needless to say Delta lost another customer. Fly with Delta at your own risk.

After logging nearly 500K miles on them, I can honestly say I have been treated with respect on Delta. It did not matter whether I was in coach or had been granted an upgrade, they took good care of me for all those miles.

I normally fly Spirit because we have a place in Myrtle Beach and they are the only airline that flies there directly out of NY. What a treat to fly a real airline, with REAL seats, and legroom too! I wish they flew to Myrtle Beach!
