Chose flight for combination of price and itinerary. Departures, layover, and arrivals were uneventful. A380 economy seating met expectations. Good choice of Hollywood and International movies for 15 hour flight. Meals were not impressive, but there were parts of every meal that could be enjoyed. All in all, pleasant flight for a good price, met expectations. Would choose again.

The first leg to Guangzhou was excellent. A quite newish plane that offered complementary WiFi, good food and excellent comfort even for my 185cm size. Staff and service excellent, as was scheduling and timeliness.
The second leg was less good, in older plane and less comfort. This made a long flight more tedious. However, all other aspects excellent, just like first.

Very bad experience. Cancelled flight and delayed 2 days without contacting us ..poor communication and last one luggage bag missing.

Worst service ever had ... bad customer service .... staff in china don't even know English .... u people make passesngers to stay according to u ... every1 have important things .... just some words .... worst worst service .... not recommended at all

We where taking this fly to China in August 17, 2018. We where receiving warm greetings as soon as we were boarding in the plane. When we try to put our heavy carry-on baggage up to the compartment , the flight attendant helped us immediately. We really appreciated all the great services. We will fly with China Southern Airlines again for the nest trip to China.
