Flight was 7.5 HR. Check in very courteous and efficient. Airport quite new bright and pleasant.
Good communication from pilot and staff. Service good, food satisfactory comfortable enough but missed my business class seat!
All the hosts and hostesse were welcoming and had a smile, plus a sense of humour!
Made the trip enjoyable .

Usually fly TUI to Mexico on a package holiday but this year decided to do everything separate. Booked British airways as got a good deal. Difficulities obtaining wheelchair, staff have too much of a laid back attitude. i have travel on many occasions in business class and the service appears to be on a downward slope.

Due to a major medical issue I missed my flight. BA cancelled my entire trip and only told me the day before my return. Not the first issue with BA but this will be my last trip with them.
