Sat on plane in Dubai for 2 hours because of mechanical problems. Pushed back and ready to go then announcement saying there’s a problem! Back to the stance and waited for mechanics to come on and fix it, took 2 hours from start to finish, so hot and all we were offered was one plastic cup of water.
So many people missed their connections, my next flight to Aberdeen was also delayed 45 minutes whilst on board!

In spite that we were wearing antiembolic stokings, the lextremely small leg room available, increases risk for coagulation and embolic disorders. I am a physician>. Boarding and baggage service in Istambul were very good. Food services for so long flights were insufficient

The flight left on time and arrived on time. The staff were excellent, and the meals were very gòod I would fly with this company agaìn

Everything was fine - boarding, meals (including special meal), film choice, coffee, drinks - and we'd have been delighted had the passenger in front of us not decided to put his seat back to the max the moment it was allowed, ans then sleep throughout the flight and never make any allowance for anyone else. In World Traveller Plus - i.e.Premium Economy - you get more seat space, more leg-room - and a backwards tilt that almost takes you into the lap of the person behind you! Nothing the stewardess can do either - it's not company policy to wake passengers to request they make allowances! So all that extra expense paid seemed like a waste of money, at least in part.

I took round trip flights from Buenos Aires to Milan and from Milan to Houston.
All aircraft were old, not possible to charge cellphone (long flights), old entertainment system.
Asked for upgrade at the counter, all times they told me to do it right at the gate, or at the connection..... at the gate or at the connection they told me I should have done it at the counter in origin!

Anyway, will select other One World allied when possible
