We have flown with the whole family (5 members) on a really nice aircraft with good legroom and nice toilets. The flight was on time and the crew is always happy to help you with anything you need.

Flying with a low cont airline, you usually expect a not so good experience..
you get what you pay for, right? well with Blue Air I have to say that experience was different.
We booked the tickets much in advance, with low prices, and they allow you to carry 1 carry on with specific dimensions, and up to 10kg which is very reasonable.
with an addition, you can also add a larger luggage to be sent, up to 20kg or 32kg which will cost you less than 30$ per item per segment.
In a 32kg suitcase, you can pack allot....

Now for the flight itself: the checkin was fast and easy, we received very good attention from the ground crew.
Both flights from TLV to OPT and back left on time, and did actually arrive a head of schedule to the destination.
They served a snack and beverages on the flight, with no cost, and if you want anything extra, you can buy it.
I guess that other then the narrow leg space, everything was great.

If other airlines took a leaf out of Blue Air books then flying would be a far better experience for everyone from checking in to the on board experience they was 1st class free food and drink comfy seats and superb staff in my opinion I have flown all over the world and I have to say for a budget airline they are definitely my favourite you can take 32kg more than enough for a couple flying again superb Blue Air and will definitely be looking to book with you again.

This is our second year flying to Cyprus with Blue Air. Both times it has been a great experience. Hot drinks are served very quickly once the flight is underway. Meal included in our price and was very enjoyable. Staff were very courteous and polite at all times. We will be using Blue Air once more next year and recommend using them.

Electronic check-in facility not working properly; gives an error message when information is fed through the system.
Aircraft was not properly cleaned. Found all sorts of rubbish in the front-seat pouch, along with newspapers dated five days earlier!
Other than than, flight, comfort and service were at par with other airliners of similar category.
