1st time to use Asiana Airline. The service is very good and foods serve is open unlike with other airlines company that appears there is a limitation for meals and snacks were not all the way serve but one have to buy or purchase food. With Asiana we got free snacks and meals on during our trip duration.
I witness too on how Asiana staff responded to one Passenger that complaint of short breath that seems she has having a stroke so there were so many Passengers who volunteered to check the condition of the said Passenger. Close to where I was seated even one passenger beside me volunteer to check and monitor the condition of the sick passenger and a lot of Asiana Staff were there to get what is needed and their respond and expressed concerns is very commendable and really excellent.
Note: The Sick Passenger was transferred in front of where I am seated thus I witnessed all the activities and happenings. It took more than an hour before everything wemt to normal.
