American Airlines has made more room in seats just behind First Class. I paid a nominal fee for those seats and it was really worth the upcharge. I didn't do it for the flight back home and I did feel a little more squeezed in for that flight. The flight attendants were friendly and paid attention to a medical emergency that happened on the flight as they should have. Very professional individuals

Very good service. In flight meals were good and decent portions. Flight attendants were very friendly with excellent service. I will fly American Airlines often in the future.

Shame on American Airlines!!! We were scheduled to spend Christmas Day with our out-of-town family and fly back home late Christmas night. AA cancelled our flight and rescheduled us on a noon flight, making it impossible to spend Christmas with the family. Unbelievable. No compensation, no other reasonable options. They said "Well we can give you your money back and you can try another airline." It is just over 1 week until Christmas. Prices are outrageous even if you can get on a flight. I'm so upset don't even know what else to say.

This aircraft was a narrow plane with 6 across seats and a very thin aisle. Very little leg room, even for a short person like me.
There were no seat back screens, only screens that hung from the center ceiling. Hard to watch. The movies were inappropriate for the children who were on board. The seven hours from ORD to Manchester were bad enough, but the 9 hours back were painful. Plus we sat at the gate for over an hour waiting for luggage to arrive and be loaded. Then we had to wait for de-icing. The seating on these flights need to be reconfigured or put a more appropriate aircraft into service for the longer international flights.

Sill not enough bin space because they let people carry on big bags that in no way shape or form would ever fit under the seat. Had an electronic boarding pass on my phone. When I went to get on it said the website was not responding. Be sure to get a paper boarding pass. Also, if you fly round trip from DFW, don't expect to come back to the same terminal you flew out of. Be prepared to wait outside in the cold (or hot) for the shuttle and don't expect the driver to be helpful or even pleasant.
