Nice service with still a free small bite with a coffee - so good in the morning! A pity that the seats in this A318 don't incline, not making it easy to prolong my sleep after a short night. Leg space quite at the limit for my long legs... The back of the seat in front of my, hidden by the table, was not clean...

Flying business class out of JFK was great. Flying out of Charles De Gaulle airport was not as good. There was no organization when boarding the passengers at CDG. The passengers were all in one long line waiting to board a plane which they kept delaying. When they decided to board the plane they didn't call off the specific sections of the plane to board first like other airlines do. Instead they just had everyone board at once.

Was so looking forward to my first trip on an Airbus A380. Quite disappointing overall. Paid extra to sit together in upper cabin and in fairness we ended up with a whole row to ourselves as the plane wasn't full which was great. But very uncomfortable with very little room - and we're quite short! Turbulence was pretty bad the entire flight, which can be common flying over Africa. My entertainment system's sound wasn't working so I had to move over to the seat beside me - lucky it was free! Nice glass of sparkling wine before meal but food was pretty basic. Staff seemed a little jaded. Decor was a bit bedraggled looking too. On time service. Overall they could learn alot from their business partners KLM with whom we flew over.

I flew to Togo, West Africa on an old Air France A330. The in-fight entertainment systems and seats were so old. They all still had ashtrays in the armrests! The screens were so old that they were difficult to use and even view. Everything was quite worn down.

The huge plus is that the service is wonderful and the flight attendants are great at what they do!

Due to a re-booking from a KLM-flight, I came to fly with Air France. The experience was in average okay apart from 2 areas; seat komfort - the seats in the 318 were old and worn out and the food was terrible - I mean a loaf of lemon cake for breakfast???
