Long journey from Prague to Nizhniy Novgorod via Moscow went surprisingly well, no delays (Aeroflot is infamous for them); good service level, and on the second part Moscow-N.Novgorod, the flight itself last only 50 minutes, but the passengers were offered beverages and even snacks - salmon sandwiches!

I flew from London to Moscow (4hrs), then from Moscow to Vladivostok (9hrs) and the return journey. The airline were excellent in every way. I flew economy but the treatment was certainly first class. The food was good and the cabin crew excellent. The aircraft are modern and have onboard entertainment with the latest releases in films. You get courtesy bags with slippers and headphones. The price I paid had no hidden fees - luggage and everything is inclusive. A very comfortable and safe flight.

Flight was normal, but stuff was not helpful. Nobody helps passengers with hand luggage. But flight was in time and comfort.

Stopping flight where the first plane was delayed (with us on it) for an hour and the staff were more rude than ever. Staff at Moscow airport were also very rude and unhelpful and food options were poor. In ear headphones available only, which made my ears really painful so I didn't make use of the entertainment much.

Stopping flight to Japan wasn't too bad to Moscow but when we switched to the long haul portion of the flight, the plane seemed to have no additional space which we felt as we were travelling with a friend who is very tall and could not get comfortable at all. Airline staff were very abrupt (to the point of being rude) and on both flights, they ran out of 1 of the food choices before reaching us. Not very nice experience and not likely to fly with them again as this was our second time (the first time was in 2012) and the service was as bad then as well.
