“Average Flight bring snacks”
Review of Aer Lingus

Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We flew over night.
Good things.... staff very nice, flights were on time, they provided free earbuds for the movie/tv which is free. Overnight they gave you pillow and blanket.

Could be improved…. Seats in the Ecomny were very tight. But besure to take snakes.... food as with most all flights I have taken tastes like cardboard.

From an Airlines side nothing to really complain about, but nothing stood out.

Just returned with Aer Lingus from Canada. Flight to and from Toronto were both excellent. Cabin crew on both flights extremely attentive, nothing was to much trouble. Both flights were full so they had a very busy time. On the return flight my case did not arrive, the ground crew were able to tell me it was in Boston, it arrived with me to my home 12 hours later. Will definitely fly with Aer Lingus again, happy to get a great airline

My husband and I booked a flight to Manchester England on Aer Lingus that flew out of JFK airport in NYC. First off, the desk agents at the gate gave the impression they had little to no knowledge of information pertaining to flight and to time, making last calls for passengers well passed time to close the gate.

Upon boarding the plane, there was a disgruntled passenger and instead of escorting her off, the air crew just ignored and allowed her to yell about everything and anything, which set the trip on a wrong note. On the flight, thinking that it being an Irish airplane there would be a proper cuppa offered, none was available.

Landing into Dublin...we had to wait for a bus from the plane to the terminal. Wouldnt the proper thing have been for said buses to be at the gate waiting?? The driver had no concept of road safety though.

The return flights from Manchester to Dublin and Dublin to NYC were a smidge better but there were no concepts of order and structure.

This was not my first trip with Aer Lingus but this will definitely be my last. At the very least, desk and gate agents should have some sense of manners and professionalism when interacting with customers.

This was a standard international flight. I had a connection in Dublin both on the way out and the way back. One of my flights was a middle seat the rest were aisle or window. There was not much unique about any of the flights, the seat was of average comfort and they served food/played movies as airlines seemingly do on any international flight. The organization at the gate was also about average, not like a Spirit flight which is always a free-for-all or another airline that is extremely organized. My major critique was on the way back from Barcelona I had to wait hours for the check-in station to be announced, when I first arrived at the airport it was actually not listed which was nerve-racking. Overall I would say about average but definitely an improvement over Spirit, basically you get what you pay for.
