A short domestic trip without coffee or tea ! The price was o.k. and check in was also o.k. Check in and check out was easy at the airport in Phu Quoc and in Ho Chi minh City.

I waited nearly 2 hours for the checkin at the Jetstar airlines lobby. staffs so impolite and asked us moved 3 times to get the check in. Not cheap Flight we paid 90usd for each to go. The flight delayed and this happened as many previous time. Staffs should to be trained more to get the basic treating of Customers service. I willl not choose again.

No big deal - regular flight, regular crew, regular airplane. Nothing bad about it but nothing special either.

This airline is behind the times and makes life harder for passengers.

I take 40-50 flights a year. As a smart traveller, I miss some of the queues by flying with only a cabin bag, I checkin online and - being tall - I pay for an exit row seat.

Jetstar defeated this. At most airports you STILL have to queue for an airport checkin, because for most airports you CANNOT checkin online. How backward is that?

If you book an exit row, you STILL have to queue for an airport checkin, because for exit rows you CANNOT checkin online. How un-necessarily stupid is that?

Other airlines do online checkin - and for all seats - as a matter of course. Until Jetstar does, fly with someone else (even IF you have luggage to checkin so would have to go to the counter anyway, the fact that hundreds of other passengers are in line too - because online isn't available - makes it a much longer wait.

Oh, and unlike other airlines, Jetstar DOES NOT give priority boarding to those who have paid for an expensive seat.

And of course both flights were delayed & late.

Crazy unprofessional flight attendants.
No drinks and meal in short haul flights.
Thanks God, we have landed successfully.
