i got no issue in this flight everything is good, no delay.. even its not that on time but its okay than i should waiting so long in my flight before and i still use self check in in airport still i like this machine because i've no time for long queue

I got delay in this flight and almost 2 or 3 hours in airport it was so bad... and again i dont get anything from this airlines for my time waiting for the flight which is not sure when i can get it in my flight

i got free seat again from my trip in Thailand and in this flight i got very very on time flight and its make me happy and i still use self check in which is really awesome to skip the long queue

Website booked the wrong date for both my flights and representatives advised me that I have to pay the full price of the tickets to correct it to the right date. Representatives denied all website issues (as many experience) and blamed it on me. I presented the screen shots of the error and the same response was received that I can only change the flight date if I paid extra. Irresponsible and unacceptable costumer service.
