Had to change planes because of engine failure.
Ordered hot food for son at beginning of flight but didn’t receive it until starting descent. Service was chaotic and Stewardess didn’t seem to know what was ordered.
Reading light and sink in toilet didn’t work.
I would avoid using again.

Staff were unfriendly and the service was set up to ensure that bags which would be acceptable on the majority of airlines were 'too large' for Lauda. Appears to be a tactic to increase revenue as we saw multiple others get charged to bring their bags onto the flight who were clearly certain they should be able to fly.

I was furious and stunned to discover at Vienna airport at the gate few minutes before boarding that my flight to Dublin was delayed by more than 7 hours....

Nice for the price.
Laudamotion or Ryanair are in the same group so dont have any expectations!
Checkin was very eficient and quick.

Awful service, besides being delated, when we found our seats, it had garbage from previous passengers such as dirty tissues. We ask the staff to clean it and they said that we had to clean it ourselves!
