places to stay on mainland if you miss the last boat

can anyone recommend places to stay if, as is likely, we miss the last boat which is at 4pm I believe. Are there places in Leam Ngop or is Trat a better bet?

Rimklong boutique hotel in Trat is very nice, and they will organize taxi and boat tickets. Another option is to stay on Koh Chang at Kai bae huts and catch the speedboat from their pier at 09.00 gets to Koh Mak for about 9.50

There are also rooms available near to the pier at Laem ngob then just a short walk to catch the first speedboat

Try Chuck & Sue's place - Sulada Guesthouse in Laem Ngop by the sea. Within easy reach of the pier for boats to Koh Mak - www.kohchangtourco.com/page/page/4440824.htm
