At Rockley golf club the green fees are about $90 - $100. Not sure of the others but guessing similar rates with the exception of Sandy Lane where you would have to remortgage your house to play there !

Canby will know the exact rates for here.

Do you need to hire a caddy and clubs/balls on top of the $105??Any idea roughly how much?My H2B is thinking of taking our male guests for a game the day before our wedding as a bit of a stag do.I'm praying they dont strip him naked and tie him up somewhere by the 18th hole! ;)

I suggest Rockley Golf Club, much less expensive, the rates are in BDS funds ($102.00) It's a great 9 hole golf course with two tee decks, a friendly bar restaurant and ideal for the situation you have described.
