I would email several & compare prices.

There are hundreds of companies, you need to see which parks you would like to visit & for how long.

The KATO website is http://www.katokenya.org/katomembers.asp but that is not all of them.

Try JT Safaris. I can not recommend them highly enough. Feel free to contact me for more info. Just got back two weeks ago. Ab Fab

hi, have been in correspondence with Julius from JT safaris, he seems a bit pricey, is it ok to haggle with him, as i don't want to seem rude or money grubbing, but we are on a tight budget. thanks

You don't ask you don't get!

There seem to be 2-3 safari companies that get mentioned a lot on TA - but there are hundreds more who will offer just as good a service.

Shop around for one that gives you what you want at what you consider a fair price. If you like the look of one company but it seems more expensive then tell them – you never know, they may drop the price a bit.

Jambo,

I've been on safari numerous times with Ekea Safaris and always found them to be reasonably priced, professional and friendly. Look up their website at www.ekeasafaris.com

Good luck in choosing.

We have also been on safari with Ekea Safaris. We had a great time, the wife just loves the elephants and we are going back and will definately book up with Ekea again. We have also recommended them to some friends who have already booked up with them. They can't wait.

We have just come back from Kenya and used Glorious Safaris who were excellent and I did post a review on Trip Advisor. Their website is informative too.
