Just go to the pier in the morning. Many boatmen will be there.

If you stay in Coron Town there are many places to book a tour. Your hotel will also be able to assist you to make a booking.

No need to pre-book.

Yes, there would never be a shortage of bancas and tour operators on Coron.

Start your tour as early as possible to avoid the sun and crowd.

@ OS

In Coron, the banca rates are fixed and allocation is made at the ferry counter. As the above have rightly pointed out, there is always an abundance of boats, so there is no issue there.

Even if you are staying at an outlying island, the boat will pick you up from your island resort, take you to Coron main pier, make an entry in their register and then take you on your island hopping trip.
