Has anyone heard of "Akti Alkyon Hotel"?

Hi,

Has anyone heard of this hotel? We're looking to book it for this summer as it looks amazing on Booking.com, but we can't find it anywhere else on the internet - the only hotel that comes up when we search is this one!

We found it here:

http://www.booking.com/hotel/gr/alkyon-corfu.en-gb.html?aid=340631;label=corfu-tVW%2AG0JyTsZYvf5onAlWigS18778539585%3Apl%3Ata%3Ap1%3Ap2%3Aac%3Aap1t1%3Aneg;sid=7e91c9c96308f82c34955a7a7dc43d3b;dcid=1

And the full address is:

Akti Alkyon Hotel

Agios Georgios, Agios Georgios Pagon, 49083, Greece

We'd be really grateful if anyone has any ideas!

Thanks.

Hi, Looking at some booking sites the target market seems to be Russia if this is of any help. I am looking to go away for a week on my own so it would not suit me as I do not speek Russian. Cheers

Rachel

I know the Alkyon Hotel but haven't stayed there. It is usually occupied mostly by customers of Russian or Czech tour operators but it has a few other 'independent' guests too.

As I haven't stayed there I cannot say how good it is.

Alternative hotels for people based in UK are Costas Golden Beach and Theo's Hotel (both must be booked through Thomsons); the Belle Helene Hotel is mostly taken by German Tour Operator Neckermans but independent bookings are welcomed.
