We booked our holiday with Jet 2 some months ago to stay at Apartamentos Fariones Puerto del Carmen. Today (3 days before travelling) our Travel Agent contacted us to say that we had to change hotels due to over booking only given two options. Opition 1 - new accommodation Vik Hotel San Antonio, Option 2 - full refund. Not really having an choice we will now be staying at the Vik Hotel. I have read the review on the hotel and they are good. Has anybody else had the same experience with Jet2?
