has anyone done the walk and the route up using the cotatuero spikes and cable and how difficult is it also is the fajeta route abit easier
If you're still interested - I suppose it depends what you think is difficult!
A search for pictures showing two rows of spikes, one for your hands and one for your feet, across a vertical cliff face, was enough to make me realise it was out of my league. I think you would need proper equipment.
The Faja Racon / Faja Canalleros lower down, and the Faja de Pelay the other side of the valley are both excellent hikes. Good paths, with some long drop-offs, but nowhere that I felt any real exposure.
Incidentally, it's a long way from Bielsa!
