Hi first of all what type of taste u like.U know that Penang is a multi racial citypredominantly chinese followed by malays n indians.Apart from this 3 diferent food there r also western ciusine. Also if u r talking about chinese food there r so many differnet types too many that its impossible to list them all.Is it chinese hawker food that u want or the restaurant typpe? When we know yr preferences we can help u pick the best places to eat.In chinese local hawker fare alone whichis unique only to Peang n probably among the most famous there r countless types.........

The INDIAN food in penang is also brilliant.

Totally different that you would get in Europe, mostly south Indian food. Dosa is my favourite. Its like a pancake.

Its hard to tell you where to eat as there are so many.

Where are you staying this will make is easier.

Thats a hard act to follow esorlegin !

Bar at Pantai Cenang, try Debbie's Irish Bar opposite Malibest Hotel. There is very little about it that is irish, but they do a great pint and some very cheap refreshing cocktails.

The owner (Irish) and his wife (Malysian) are very nice.

Its the only place in Malaysia to eat an irish stew, they do a great chicken curry to.
