There are non to either of these destinations even though both places have non-operational airports.

I go to both places by public buses.

Was in Kg Cham only a week or so ago.

But went by van as a group of us going there and back for the day.

Best regards. Ian

The airport in BB is in great shape but hasn't been used in a while. The roads improved to the point that it wasn't worth the cost to fly. That could change in the next couple of months. Two companies are trying to open this route. The one in Kompong Cham hasn't been used in a long time.I don't think it will ever open again.I have been flying here for almost 12 years and I have flown into both airports in my microlight.

Its only 140K from PP to KC.The road is OK.Taxi will be about $50 one way.Very few tourists in KC so hard for the driver to find a customer for the return trip. Not like the beach or Siem Reap.So a little higher.Theres some crazy pagodas on top of small hills and a temple right in town.A cool bamboo bridge out to an island. But not much to do in KC.Eat on the riverside. The Mekong Hotel is ok but I like the next one north much better.Sorry, can't remember the name.
