Hi Mark, we are staying at The Venus. It's my partners (Mark, also) 50th birthday during our stay. Our first visit and counting the weeks.

:) my brother has been there several times and loves it, hence us choosing there. Most people seem to keep going back. I'm sure I will think if things to ask, thank you.

We love it we are a couple in our 20s and don't need the lively nightlife to have a good time. There are some really nice chilled bars in kalamaki one of our faves is mojitos down near the old town, if you like really good cocktails go here they are amazing, not watered down just really nice and several have icecream in them if you like piña coladas etc. Fave restaurants olive tree & michaelos.

We do normally go a bit later in the summer (early to mid July) and very hot - high 30s but we just happened to get a better deal this time and it sounds as if the weather is still pretty good in May just perhaps a bit cooler in the evenings. I think it might be too cold in our hotel pool though as don't think it is heated.
