Getting Around Nosara

Don't really want to rent a car while in Nosara for 10 days in rental hosue. I hear they may allow golf carts to run errands in. Anyone know if golf carts are a good way to get around in Nosara for basic errands? Best place to rent them and how much a week?

Nosara is spread out, you will serve yourself beter if you have a rental car, the cost of golf cart or atv is high and comparable to a car. with a car you'll be able to take day trips and also shopping and dinning.

You should also consider that, depending on the season, Nosara is dusty as heck. In a golf cart, there is no escaping the dust cloud if you are stuck behind another vehicle.

If its just getting around Playa Guiones and your not up in the back hills, get a bike with a basket and bring a bike light for night time. It is dusty but better way of travel on the beach (except hight tide).
