Agropoli or Positano for a couple of days?

We have a Flat in Pizzo, Calabria and wanted to see a bit more of Italy when we go out there in two weeks time.

Our first plan was to drive to Positano and stay a couple of nights, but I have just been reading about Agropoli and I like the sound of it.

The Baia Trevante sounds a good place to stay as well.

We are after somewhere new to see and a great Regional cuisine.

Any advice would be really appreciated.

If you want fewer crowds and better prices...Agropoli! You also will be close enough to take the ferry from Salerno to the Amalfi Coast if you choose or the train from Agropoli.

The center on top of the hill has some restaurants with great views and plenty of other places. Things definitely slow down there off the summer season, unlike Positano.
