Iberostar Villa Suite vs Melia Buenavsita or Royalton CSM

We're considering a last minute late-August trip to Cayo Ensenachos or Cayo Santa Maria. We've only been to the area once before, to (then) Royal Hideaway Cayo Ensenachos several years ago. We loved the beach and found the service very good. Our room was nice enough but the food was mediocre at best.

At the moment we can get a one bedroom Grand Village suite at Iberostar Ensenachos, or a room at Melia Buenavista or The Royalton for just about the same rate. Our priorities are: quiet atmosphere, beautiful room, great service, beautiful beach, decent food and drinks. Which would you choose?

We had mesh too, but the wooden slats were very close to each other anyway...
