One day cruise stop in Rhodes - looking for tour guides

We will be docked in Rhodes for one day in November from 7 am to 5 pm and would like to find some tour guides to take a group of us around. Can anyone recommend some? There would probably be 14 of us so am looking for a minibus.

I have a list of the recommended sights to see which I got from this thread. Thanks so much.

With only a day forget the minibus and possibly the tour guide. Where you will dock is literally about 2 minutes from one of the entrances to the old town - buy a decent guide book and do your own thing - plenty to see and do without following the umbrella or flag or book or flag, etc. etc..

Hi May Zee

You really don't need the services of a professional guide - as Dave points out, the cruise berths are literally within a few minutes stroll of the Old Town and Mandraki harbour where all the antiquities are. There are small bookstands inside most of the Old Town gates where you can pick up good reliable guide leaflets and town plans for a few euros. Just use the main east-west shopping street Socratous as your reference point and you won''t go far wrong.

Thanks so much, guys! Sounds good to me and one less port to worry about guided tours!
