Probably by train. Check the trenitalia website (www.trenitalia.it) or (www.trenitalia.com) to connect with the website. There is an "english" button that converts the language.

In Treviso a special shuttle (Eurobus service) takes you to either Venice Island (Pizzale Roma) or to Mestre. Price for a return ticket is 8 euro (ticket is valid 1 week). Buy your ticket at the change office in the airport. The service is in connection with the arrivals and departures of Ryanair flights.
