1. Re: Info please

The hotel is located on Bishop Street in Downtown Honolulu.

Probably $15-$20 from airport to hotel (about 5 miles)

Probably $5-$7 from hotel to cruise ship. It is only about 2-3 blocks from Aloha tower where your cruise ship will be. Easily walkable.

Note that the Executive Center is in the middle of a business area which goes dead after 5 pm or so. If you walk towards the mountains up Bishop Street for a block and a half, (cross King) then turn left at the elementary school for a block, you'll hit a Safeway supermarket and another Long's Drug Store (there is one at street level - Exec Cntr). It is safe, but not an especially fun walk at night though.

There are places to eat in Chinatown or at Aloha Tower (Gordon Biersch, Don Ho for happy hour, Makino Chaya for Japanese Buffet, or Chai's for more upscale dining). away. In Chinatown there is Indigo's for Thai, Restaurant Epic (for a $12 kobe burger yum!!!), Green Door, or Little Village is great for Chinese (all are around the same place - you can google them). Or you can walk a block in the opposite direction (toward Iolani Palace) and you will hit Mandalay Restaurant (affordable and delicious dim sum and chinese food). If you have the yen to exercise, bring your 24 hour fitness card because there is one on the same block as the Exec Cntr (head towards ocean on Bishop, after Starbucks). Of course, you may just want to sleep before going on your cruise . . .
