Straight Talk Coverage in Honolulu

Straight Talk Coverage in Honolulu

I will be coming from Arkansas on a Straight Talk plan. Is there a good mobile data coverage in Honolulu? We would need internet while travelling for Google maps.

Well, you can pretty easily get by without google maps on Oahu. There are not many roads and plenty of detailed maps available to get where ever you want to go.

Have no idea about a straight talk plan.

My daughter lives on Oahu and still uses her Straight Talk plan. She uses Waze for maps, instead of Google maps, as it seems to work better.

Download any maps you might need and you can still use them even if you lose your connection.

Straight Talk is a mobile virtual network operator. They don't have their own towers but partner with the Big 4 networks of Sprint, Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile. If you were on a mobile network before Straight Talk (meaning you ported the number over), you are still on that same network. If you started with Straight Talk, you were randomly assigned a Big 4 network.
