Toa Luau

Anyone familiar with the Toa Luau on the North Shore? Price is nice, but it's also four hours long.

Looking to attend a luau in the spring with my wife. We've been to them before, so not looking to spend a ton, but I also don't know if I want to attend one that lasts four hours.

Thanks.

Never heard of it.

Can't find any reviews of it on TA, can't find any reviews of it on yelp.

I'd probably take a pass

A typical commercial luau will last, on average, 4 hrs. Do you have a link to this one? Where is it on the north shore?

Must be a fairly new luau.

A search result shows it in Waimea Valley.

Admission to Waimea Valley is included.

Where are you staying? Does the luau have Waikiki pick-up?

Personally, I would consider it ... given their affiliation with Waimea Valley. But luau are long, and you may be able to find something shorter closer to where you are staying.

You may want to make reservations now, if the costs are discounted (and it looks like they are) ... and check to see if you can cancel with a full refund.

I would give it a try. I'm with BLBL, since it's at Waimea Valley chances of it being a good luau are greatly enhanced.

Might be worthwhile going to. I'd rather spend a day at PCC though.

Noting that none of these reviews states that they have been to the luau, I don't see how there can be any reviews or ratings for this luau.

But there are 35 reviews, all of them 5*!

I hate reviews, not just for this company but for all companies!

Any bets what the reviews will look like when they actually start the luau? on TA? They will be the #1 rated luau! Hahaha!

Great show! Best dancers on Oahu! The jungle cooking was great! Fabulous setting in a botanical garden!

On a side note, I really have seen good dancing there. I've been to a Makahiki Festival there. They had some really good halaus that performed.

Admission used to be free for this event for Kamaaina. But I believe there is an admission for Kamaaina now.

I prefer my luau to be on or near a beach, not in a valley. I would find the free entrance to the park somewhat pointless as it will get dark rather quickly in that valley and seeing everything would he hard in the dark.
