Bakery

Alright I have my pizza place picked out, my wings place, my beef on weck place. Now I just need a good bakery. Can anyone suggest some good ones. It's been years since I lived in Buffalo, but I remember the baked goods were so much better than what I can get in Virginia Beach.

Dear Gold,

Please share your favorites-us locals love to eat and compare.

My favorite Bakery in Buffalo, is Ginos on Hertel Avenue. They have the best cannolli stuffed pastries and cakes.

But my favorite bakery in Western New York is DiCamillos in the Falls-their bread is like family-Comfort Food at it's best.

As far as Brick Oven Pizza- there is a really upscale restaurant in the Williamsville suburbs-but right on Main St. called Siennas-they have the most unusual and delicious brick oven pizzas-not cheap though. For a cheaper pizza but equally as good-try My Tomato Pie in the NorthTown Plaza-near BLVD Mall-great brick oven pizzas.

Costanzo's Bakery is the best in the area, by far.

Here's their website: http://costanzos.com/

Located in West Seneca/South Cheektowaga suburbs of Buffalo, but it's easily reachable from Union Road (277) :) (well, actually its located on Innsbruck, but Innsbruck comes off of Union, so well, you get the idea :P very easy to get to :P)

Best of Luck!!!! :)

Costanzo's is great, and Eileen's bakery in West Seneca is to die for.

I have also heard really really good things about Romeo & Juliet's on Hertel in the city
