Santa Fe with a toddler

My husband and I have an airfare credit that we need to use up by the end of the year. We were thinking of exploring a new city for about 4 days. We will be traveling with our son who will be between 12 and 15 months. Will we find enough to do with him in Santa Fe? Or should we wait until he is older to visit? How chilly does it get in November? And any family friendly hotels you would recommend? Thanks!

Toddler would be a good age to visit, stroller sometimes, walking sometimes. Great children's museum in town and my son loved the Folk Art museum when he was little. November can be cold and snowy or warm and clear. There may be even some snow up near the ski area to do some easy sledding. www.santafe.org www.santafechildrensmuseum.org

All lodging is family friendly, I'd look at Inn of the Governors, Inn at Loretto, La Posada Resort, La Fonda for higher/medium end places. Many chain motels on Cerrillos Road.
