Which resort has the best golf courses and are priced responsible.$100-150 a round. Also has good dinning options and other activities for non playing spouse.

I am a fan of La Paloma (SPG property), but also the Ritz-Carlton @ Marana, just north of Tucson.

Both resorts and courses are excellent.

Haven't had a chance to play it yet, but it seems to get pretty good reviews although it will take a while for the vegetation to mature.

Sorry, but could not edit my previous post.

For dining, the La Paloma has more dining options available, including Janos', but the on-property dining at the Ritz-Carlton is very good, just not as diverse, as there is less near-by.

Sorry that I cannot comment on the greens fees, since we are always down there for business meetings, and the group gets special rates. Not sure what either charges, but usually, hotel guests get a good break.

Um, Janos has been closed for at least two years. He has a restaurant Downtown now though, Downtown Kitchen + Cocktails

The reviews are coming in good, but not great on it. It's a good option for golf on the south side of town, closest to the airport, but since it's a new course will take a while to mature properly, and the greens soften
