Grand Wailea Advice for a Honeymooning couple

Our #2 son is getting married in late October, and will be spending four nights at the Grand Wailea, and then four nights at a Condo near Kahana.

I just want some advice on what to tell them to expect from a cost and service expectation.

Daily fees? Resort fee $20 per day?

Cost of breakfast packages for two per day?

Cost for parking, and cost of tips if they are dining elsewhere in Wailea area for Lunch or Dinner.

Any other fees to expect for cabana's, umbrella, lounge chairs, snorel gear, beach mats, etc.

They are young "just graduated college students" and we are picking up the cost of their honeymoon as their wedding present.

Any other suggestions or things to avoid? Any restaurants at the Hotel or close to the Hotel to recommend?

Jerseygirl,

If you see this before you leave, head to the south end of Wailea by the Four Seasons, and then swim south towards the rocks. There is incredible snorkling right there and in the area between the FS and the Kea Lani.

Also, go early. 8:00 a.m. is a very good time. People see sea turtles there nearly every day.

jerseygril4, thanks for the heads up.

Will put Sarrento's on the list for them.

Enjoy the rest of your vacation.
